This course will explore the impact of information technology on the practice of marketing. Course content focuses on the internet, its culture and procedures from a marketing perspective, and will include using the internet for customer contact and customer service. This class uses extensive hands-on activities.
Recommended: Basic understanding of computers and their use on the Internet
