STAT 215 - Intro to Probability and Stats
This is a introductory course in probability and statistics. Topics studied include descriptive statistics, probability, random variables, normal distribution, t distribution, chi-square distribution, F distribution, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, correlation, and linear regression. In addition, students will solve applied problems by completing required computer assignments. (F,Sp)

Prerequisite: (Minimum 2.0 in MATH 120 or MATH 121 or MATH 122 or MATH 130 or MATH 126 or MATH 141 or Math Level 7) and Reading Level 5 and Writing Level 4
Recommended: Knowledge of Windows software and MATH 141
